Glimpse of Higher Worlds

Glimpse of Higher Worlds, by John L. Lismer, Wynstones Press

In this issue:

  • Manichaeism, by Rudolf Steiner   In this lecture, Rudolf Steiner states, “Today we stand immediately at the threshold of a time when good must consciously come to terms with evil.”  We are told that these notes are the only full account of Manicheism in the whole of Rudolf Steiner’s work.  This lecture is third in a series of articles which began   in January, in preparation for a most unique workshop with Christine Gruwez of Belgium  in Portland on April 24-26. The topic will be: Evil as a Challenge:  A Manichaean Journey to the Heart of our Time.  See flier in newsletter, or  Register Here.

  • Save the Dates:

  • Annual Branch Potluck & Conversation:

More than 16 groups were represented, and were asked to offer articles about their activities for the newsletter.   The first of these – The Portland Eurythmy and First Monday Study Group articles are in this issue.  The conversation also addressed the question, How do we experience ourselves as part of a larger Anthroposophical Community in Portland – and do we?
